A Carousel for Missoula ~ Private Rentals

 

Private rentals cost $150 for the first hour, plus $50 for each additional hour, and are scheduled outside the Carousel’s regular operating hours of 11am to 5:30pm, September through May, and 11am to 7pm, June through August.  Your rental can be as simple as a reservation of time for rides for your party or as elaborate as a dinner party with tables set all around the Carousel.  We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

From morning to night, the Carousel is the perfect venue for almost any function.  The building comfortably seats 80 people for a sit down breakfast or dinner, or up to 150 for a reception.  Tables are arranged around the Carousel, which we like to think of as the world’s largest centerpiece.

Your rental includes a crew dedicated to making your event magical and a carousel full of ponies at your command.  A public address system is available for brief announcements.  Groups of 15 or fewer can be seated in our party alcove.

You are welcome to engage the caterer of your choice, or you may bring your own food.
